ALL THE PIECES ARE IN PLACE

CLEARLLAB 10C SYSTEM, INCLUDING APPLICATION SPECIFIC CONTROL CELLS

Now there’s a simple yet powerful way for your lab to expedite and standardize compliant Leukemia and Lymphoma* (L&L) immunophenotyping. As the only integrated L&L immunophenotyping solution for lymphoid and myeloid lineages the ClearLLab 10C system includes:

  • 4 Premixed ClearLLab CE-IVD 10-color panels: Lymphoid(B-cells, T-cells), Myeloid(M1, M2)
  • Fluorescence standardization and color compensation setup kits
  • ClearLLab Control Cells are the first application specific normal and abnormal CE-IVD process controls provided  as  a liquid preparation of stabilized human erythrocytes and leukocytes
  • Validated for the use on the Navios and Navios EX flow cytometer
  • Kaluza C analysis software for QC, data analysis and reporting

Standardize & streamline your workflow

Instrument QC

We are introducing the first application specific normal and abnormal CE-IVD process controls compatible for use with ClearLLab 10C Panels, ClearLLab Control Cells, provided as a liquid preparation of stabilized human erythrocytes and leukocytes (lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes). The ClearLLab Compensation Beads and the ClearLLab Compensation Kit reduce the need to set color compensation from daily to monthly—while enhancing assay performance.

Test Order

The Navios/ navios Ex Software enables you to manage test orders, minimize manual data entry, track samples throughout the testing process, and eliminate transcription errors in the reporting process

Sample Preparation

ClearLLab 10C panels can aid in the differential diagnosis of hematologically abnormal patients having or suspected of having hematopoietic neoplasms, such as chronic leukemia, acute leukemia, Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), and/or myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN) ClearLLab 10C panels can aid in the differential diagnosis of hematologically abnormal patients having or suspected of having hematopoietic neoplasms: These specimen types can be used:

  • Peripheral whole blood (collected in K2EDTA, ACD or heparin)
  • Bone marrow (collected in K2EDTA, ACD or heparin)
  • Lymph node specimens

Data Acquisition

With the 10-color capabilities of a Navios and Navios EX flow cytometer, you can collect additional data points from each sample, thereby reducing the number of samples to prepare. Compensation is simplified by compensation setup software for Navios EX software.

Data Analysis

Kaluza C software, offers QC reports to help detect issues that can lead to inaccurate data analysis and the option to add electronic approval signatures to reports, Kaluza C Data Analysis Software was designed to protect your data and your reputation.

Review & Reporting

ClearLLab 10C Panels are CE-IVD marked and reduce the need for extensive validations, requiring only verification.

Training

The ClearLLab 10C casebook provides 24 patient case studies and is an illustrative guide to the complex flow cytometry patterns using the ClearLLab 10C System.

Service

Our Service organization continually invests  in enhancing the critical resources needed to sustain a valuable and collaborative partnership with our customers. This partnership will minimize instrument downtime, maximize data integrity and protect your investment to optimize for your success throughout the entire lifetime of your instrument.

Additional Products

ClearLLab LS Lymphoid Screen antibody panel was the first CE-IVD-marked 10-color assay for leukemia* and lymphoma analysis. Beckman Coulter Life Sciences offers the largest portfolio of single color CE-IVD and analyte-specific conjugated antibodies which is completely manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
